The LJ Call Management software has been designed for specifically for the SME market. It has the power of LUMBERJACK but neatly packaged to provide a self-installed, self managed system. The report templates allow you to create your own reports which can be scheduled or manually run as needed.
It allows for single PBX/VoIP feeds and starts from 10 extensions up to a maximum of 500.
All call data is stored within the database and you can then run reports to see those areas of interest for you, such as call costs for a call centre, who has dialled a specific number, how quickly a department answer their calls, where a call was transferred depending on which level of software you bought, will depend on the amount of available reports.
The data stored depends on the output provided by your telephone system. A call is logged as soon as it has been completed – as soon as you hang up.
As the data is logged, the cost of the call is calculated against your tariff tables so that you may create an accurate picture of your telephone costs, or even provide reports with inflated costs to cover the cost of the telephone provision.
This Blog, has been designed to provide information about how to effectively use your system. If you would like to register to be able to comment on any of the blogs, those details will only be used by the support team to respond, provide information and newsletters.
