What we need from you:

Before we can set up Retriever, we will need to install our data collection PC near your telephone system. Each switch type has its own method of data collection and we will set this up for you.

This PC needs to be connected to the network in order to access a secure IP port at our premises.

We will offer you a set of reports that suit your needs, making suggestions of other reports that you may find useful. This can be reviewed at any time.

What we do for you:

As soon your call records arrive, we process them using the Lumberjack Call Logger. They are immediately ready for interrogation.

We set up the call cost module and, if required, the company departmental structure. With this in place we start to Email you the reports each day, week, month and, if requested, a quarterly management summary.

We also give you secure access to your data via the web browser so that you can run preset enquiry reports at any time.
