By running Traffic Management reports on Focom’s Telephone Call Logging products, you can identify the actual number of lines needed to carry your traffic. It will highlight any times where there are conflict issues. True busy-hours highlight when your busiest part of the day is. Some reports should allow you to put in the Grade of Service that you want, and see whether this would affect the number of lines you needed to carry the traffic. Others will tell you the Blocking Probability on your lines/trunks.
